A security breach led to an evacuation of the White House on Friday evening.<br /><br />Staff and journalists were ordered off the compound after a man climbed over a fence and ran for several seconds towards the executive mansion. <br /><br />The incident happened shortly after President Barack Obama and his daughters had departed to Camp David for the weekend.<br /><br />After around half an hour staff were allowed back on to the complex.
