A fire engulfed an apartment block in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk in Russia on Sunday (21 September).<br /><br />Emergency crews evacuated the residents from the building and there were no casualties, local media reported.<br /><br />But firefighters spent several hours battling the blaze at the 25-storey block.<br /><br />It is not clear how the fire started.
