A day in court for Omar Gonzalez, the 42-year old decorated Iraq war vet who scaled the White House fence Friday night and got into the White House.<br/> <br />Prosecutors now say he had more 800 rounds of ammunition in his car, and that he had been arrested in July with a sniper rifle and a map marking the executive mansion.<br/> <br />U.S. President Barack Obama expressed his confidence in the Secret Service.<br/> <br />"Secret Service does a great job. And I'm grateful for the sacrifices they make on my behalf and my family's behalf."<br/> <br />Gonzalez faces charges of unlawfully entering a restricted building while carrying a "deadly or dangerous weapon."<br/> <br />He was carrying a knife when he entered the White House. The charge carries up to 10 years in prison.<br/> <br />Representatives for the Secret Service did not respond to a request for comment on Monday.
