France's former president Nicolas Sarkozy re-launched his political career on Thursday night with a campaign rally outside Lille. <br />It comes a day after a Paris court suspended a high-profile inquiry which was investigating allegations of bribery and influence-trading against Mr Sarkozy. <br />Lucy Williamson reports.
