North Korean media has for the first time revealed leader Kim Jong Un’s health problems. Speculation followed recent appearances where he walked with a limp and had put on weight. State TV said he was in “discomfort”. <br /><br />His elder brother, father and grandfather suffered from gout, and the 31 year-old is reportedly a heavy smoker. A South Korean media source says he also suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure.
