This one will boost you up, and help you reach your goals!<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />½ cup (125 mL) unfiltered apple juice<br />1 Tbsp (15 mL) fresh ginger peeled<br />1 Tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds<br />2 tsp (10 mL) fresh squeezed lemon juice<br /> ½ cup ice (125 mL) - 2 cubes<br /><br />Method:<br />Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify.
