Olympic swimming champion Michael Phelps is in hot water again.<br/> <br />The 18-time Olympic gold medalist has been arrested for drunken driving.<br/> <br />Maryland Transportation Authority Police say Phelps was pulled over after speeding and then crossing the double-lane lines inside Baltimore's Fort McHenry Tunnel.<br/> <br />Radar clocked Phelps traveling 84 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone, according to police.<br/> <br />Phelps took a series of field sobriety tests, which police said he was unable to perform.<br/> <br />He was book and released.<br/> <br />Phelps was charged in Maryland in 2004 for drunken driving when he was 19 years old. He pleaded guilty to driving while impaired in exchange for 18 months' probation.<br/> <br />Representatives for Phelps could not be immediately reached for comment.
