At least seven people are dead and 15 others wounded after a Taliban suicide bomber targeted an Afghan army vehicle in Kabul Wednesday.<br/> <br />The attack happened near Kabul university and destroyed and army bus and shattered shop windows, officials said.<br/> <br />The attack comes a day after Afghan and U.S. officials signed a long-delayed security agreement allowing American troops to stay in the country after the end of the year.<br/> <br />A second suicide attack was carried out in the eastern part of the city. There were no casualties in that incident.
