ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said he had "high hopes" that Hong Kong authorities would use restraint in addressing wide spread protests in Hong Kong.<br/> <br />Standing side by side with his Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi he said, "As China knows we support universal suffrage in Hong Kong in accord with the basic law.
