Watch and subscribe to The Maria Goretti Corner to enjoy lip smacking dishes here: https://www.youtube.com/user/MariaGorettisCorner<br /><br />Now don't order the expensive pesto pasta from restaurants rather make fresh pesto at home and store it for future use also.Gorge this spectacular dish with a glass of white wine.<br /><br />Ingredients for Pesto<br /><br />Basil -60g<br />Pine nuts -60 g<br />Olive Oil - 100ml<br />Garlic - 4<br />Cherry tomato -2<br />Parmesan cheese -25 g<br />Lemon to taste<br /><br />Method<br />Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind to a coarse paste<br />Heat oil, and 1/2 tbsp of butter and add 10-15 cherry tomatoes cut into halves. Saute until soft. <br />Add 6 finely chopped garlic cloves and saute for another 2 mins.<br />Add 1 portion of spaghetti and toss for a few minutes.
