Well, one of the quickest and easiest ways is to understand why the bully is doing what they're doing in the first place. <br /> <br />See, a bully is looking for a reaction. They're looking for you to do something. They're looking to gain power. They're looking to make themselves feel better. And so by you reacting or your child reacting, this gives the bully power. Well, you know, understand that you are in control. Your child is in control. <br /> <br />See, no one can make them think anything. They choose to think something. No one can make them feel anything. It's how they choose to feel. It's the meaning that they give to the events that are happening.
