A house in a Turkish village has been hit by missiles from fighting just across the border in Syria. <br /><br />At least five people are reported to have been wounded.<br /><br />The fighting in Syria is between Kurdish forces and ISIL militants attempting to take control of the town of Kobani.<br /><br />ISIL is being hit by US-led airstrikes, but is still reported to be advancing on the town, where thousands have fled over the border into Turkey.<br /><br />So far Turkey has not intervened in the battle against ISIL, despite calls for it to do so.<br /><br />The number of Syrian refugees fleeing the fighting and pouring over the border is now said to be as high as 180,000.
