A holiday in Russia's Chechnya turns into a tragedy.<br/> <br />Russian news agencies report that a suicide bomber killed at least five police officers and wounded 12 others.<br/> <br />The attack happened in front of this concert hall, where festivities were planned to celebrate Grozny's city day holiday.<br/> <br />Chechnya's leader, Ramzan Kadyrov:<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) KREMLIN BACKED LEADER OF CHECHNYA, RAMZAN KADYROV, SAYING:<br/> <br />"The people in a joyful mood were dancing, celebrating and singing.
