The President of Kenya has arrived at the International Criminal Court (ICC). He is the first sitting world leader to appear before the Hague-based court where he faces charges of crimes against humanity.<br /><br />The high-profile case is a major test for the ICC which has a string of collapsed cases and been accused of singling out Africans for prosecution.<br /><br />President Uhuru Kenyatta denies charges of co-orchestrating violence in which twelve hundred people were killed after Kenya’s election in 2007.<br /><br />Kenyatta has been accused of inciting tribal gangs from who butchered people using machetes and bows and arrows.<br /><br />The court postponed the trial last month after prosecuters said the Kenyan government blocked access to key documents.
