Share on Google+: http://goo.gl/bTr30M <br />Share on Facebook: http://goo.gl/nbwmcb <br />Tweet now: http://goo.gl/8b2KoD <br /> <br />An Indian breakfast and #snack which is easy and quick to make and very nutritious as well. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1/2 cup रवा / सूजी <br />1/4 cup कटे हुए गाजर <br />1/4 cup कटे हुए प्याज़ <br />1 tbsp बारीक कटे हुए टमाटर <br />धनिया पत्ता <br />नारियल का चूरा <br />2 कटी हुई हरी मिर्च <br />कड़ी पत्ता <br />1 tbsp घी <br />1 tbsp दही <br />नमक <br />1/2 tsp राई <br />1 tbsp काजू के टुकडे <br />1/4 cup मटर <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Heat 2 cups of water in a pan and let it boil <br />- Add the vegetables, carrots, tomatoes and green peas and boil it for 5 mins and remove it from flame <br />- In a frying pan, put some Ghee and some mustard seeds <br />- Add green chilies, cashew nuts and curry leaves and fry till the cashew nut is golden brown in color. <br />- Add onions and sooji/rawa (semolina) and roast the whole thing for around 7mins in low flame. <br />- Add vegetables along with the vegetable stock and stir it well <br />- Boil it in low flame till the water dries out. <br />- Add salt, coriander leaves and beaten curd& cook it for a while. <br />- Garnish it with grated coconut and coriander leaves and the Upma is ready to be served hot. <br /> <br />Credits: <br />Director: Narayan Thakur <br />Camera: Narayan Thakur /Jay Nayak <br />Editing: Ravi Varma <br />Script: Zeal Dhruna <br />Voice Over: Mohita Namjoshi <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
