And here, on the frontline, video obtained from a social media website shows Arabic FSA fighters joining the battle.. attempting to push the militants out of the town.<br/> <br />But it's an uphill struggle. Observers say Islamic State has seized a third of the town, and is tightening its grip.<br/> <br />Aerial bombardments from U.S.-led coalition aircraft are slowing, but not stopping the advance.
