Serve the nachos with some tasty cheese sauce and delicious tomato salsa. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />-500 grams Nacho Chips <br />-2 tbsp of butter <br />-2 tbsp of flour <br />-salt to taste <br />-sugar to taste <br />-cheese grate <br />-1 tsp mustard <br />-Pepper to taste <br />-1tsp chilli sauce (optional) <br /> <br />For the Salsa <br />-2 tomatoes blanched and peeled <br />-coriander <br />1/2 onion chopped <br />-extra virgin olive oil <br />-salt to taste <br />-2 tbsp tomato puree <br />-1 red and green chilli <br /> <br /> <br />Method: <br />-Take some ready made nachos which are made of corn meal <br /> <br />To make cheese sauce <br />-In a pan take some butter. Let it melt. <br />-Add some flour in equal quantity to the butter and stir it well <br />-Pour some milk and stir it thoroughly <br />-Add some salt and sugar and again stir it <br />- Grate some cheese in this mixture <br />- Add some mustard, cracked pepper and chilli sauce <br />-The cheese sauce is ready <br /> <br />To make Tomato Salsa <br />-Take some blanch tomatoes with the skin off.
