ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: A demonstration outside the Ukrainian presidential administration building in Kiev dissolved into scuffles on Friday, as protesters fought with guards.<br/> <br />Protesters were calling for the release of Ukrainians seized by pro-Russian separatists in the embattled east of the country when guards attempted to stop their progress toward the presidential building.<br/> <br />At least one man, decried as a "provocateur" by other protesters, lit a tire on fire.<br/> <br />Guards in full face masks and camouflage tried to hold back demonstrators from the building and separate people scuffling.<br/> <br />The protest came as the country is living out an uneasy ceasefire between troops and rebels in eastern Ukraine meant to stem the bloodshed in a conflict that has killed over 3,660 people and wounded 8,766, according to the United Nations.<br/> <br />But violations of the ceasefire have been regular, including most recently daily fighting for control of the airport n
