PLEASE NOTE: CONTAINS FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY<br/> <br />Japanese comedian, artist and film maker Takeshi Kitano, also known as Beat Takeshi, unveiled his waxwork at Madame Tussauds which had a rather unusual squatting pose.<br/> <br />Despite being known outside of Japan as an arthouse film maker, the comedian is known within Japan for pulling this pose as part of his act.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE Japanese comedian and film maker, Takeshi Kitano, saying (Japanese):<br/> <br />"It's definitely an honour but it is a bit embarrassing to think that even if I die that this statue will still be here and doing this pose."<br/> <br />If that wasn't painful enough, Kitano also had to pose for 7 hours during production of the model. The waxwork is now on show at Madame Tussauds in Tokyo for visitors to squat alongside.
