Another four suspected cases of Ebola have emerged in Spain.<br/> <br />Some of the patients have been taken to this hospital to go through tests.<br/> <br />They include a passenger who started shaking on an Air France flight to Madrid.<br/> <br />Fellow passengers described what happened.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (French) UNIDENTIFIED PASSENGER OF THE AIR FRANCE PLANE FROM WHICH A SUSPECTED EBOLA PATIENT WAS TAKEN, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Somebody arrived, a doctor, apparently, wearing a protective suit, who took care of the person and took his body temperature, and that's it. We waited for about two hours in the plane."<br/> <br />The country has been on alert since a Spanish nurse became the first person outside Africa to become infected.<br/> <br />The Ebola outbreak has killed nearly 4,500 people, most of them in West Africa.
