ROUGH CUT (No reporter narration)<br/> <br />Israeli riot police scuffled with Palestinians outside one of Jerusalem's most revered and politically sensitive religious compounds on Friday (October 17) after Palestinians were prevented from entering the mosque.<br/> <br />An Israeli police spokeswoman said that Israel imposed an age limitation on the entrance to the compound for men under 50 after receiving information that some people planned for a protest inside the compound.<br/> <br />She said two were arrested during the scuffles.<br/> <br />Dozens of Palestinians who were prevented from entering the mosque held the Friday prayer in front of Israeli forces who blocked the roads leading to the compound.<br/> <br />Israeli police in riot gear used stun grenades and tear gas to disperse the demonstrators in Issawiya neighbourhood.<br/> <br />The site in Jerusalem's walled Old City has seen a marked increase in unrest in recent days, during Jewish holidays, as Orthodox Jews have pushed for easier access to visit th
