The victims of Friday's accident died after falling more than 30 feet into this ventilation shaft, the cover collapsing beneath their weight.<br/> <br />They were among 700 people attending a pop concert at a shopping mall near Seoul.<br/> <br />Local fire department chief Choi Young-Gyun told reporters there were many people standing on the ventilation cover when it collapsed.<br/> <br />At least of eleven of those who fell were admitted to hospital with serious injuries. Emergency service officials say the death toll is likely to rise.
