KARACHI (Web Desk) – Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani on Tuesday offered to mediate as guarantor in dispute between the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Dunya News reported. <br /> <br />Talking to media, the Sindh Assembly Speaker stated that both political parties should sit together to clear the misunderstandings. <br /> <br />“I am ready to play role as a mediator,” he added. <br /> <br />Agha Siraj Durrani further said that political parties should work together for improvement of province’s situation. <br /> <br />To a question regarding request for allotment of opposition seats, the speaker stated that he is reviewing the MQM lawmakers request but they should not sit on opposition benches. <br /> <br />It is pertinent to mention here that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Sunday evening announced to dissociate itself from the ruling coalition of Sindh province, saying there won t by any compromise when its leader Altaf Hussain is subjected to an unwarranted criticism.
