ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br /> <br />Canadian police said on Wednesday (October 22) they could not "at this point" confirm whether the man who shot dead a soldier at the National War Memorial in central Ottawa was the same person who shortly afterwards attacked the nearby parliament buildings.<br /> <br />"At 9:52 am this morning, the Ottawa police received multiple 911 calls regarding a shooting at the National War Memorial. The victim of the shootings is a member of the Canadian armed forces. His injuries were fatal...What followed was another incident on Parliament Hill.
