News report below: <br /> <br />A couple died earlier this week when a truck failed to noticed a line of cars stopped because of roadworks ahead. <br /> <br />Octavio Santos Cezario and his wife Isabel were killed instantly when their car was crushed by a truck that hit them from behind. Occupants in several other cars suffered minor injuries. <br /> <br />The truck driver admitted he had fallen asleep at the time of the impact.
