A clash between residents of Ancholi and law enforcement agencies took place as they arrived to arrest two alleged target killers who had been captured by the area residents. <br /> <br />Unruly scenes were witnessed as the rangers and the police arrived at the spot in Ancholi area where local people captured and later tortured two accused. <br /> <br />According to eyewitnesses, the accused came to target a shopkeeper in the area.
