Supporters of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff celebrate as she wins a narrow re-election.<br/> <br />She's campaigned on her party's strong record of reducing poverty over the last 12 years.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Portuguese) BRAZILIAN PRESIDENT DILMA ROUSSEFF, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Today, I am a lot stronger, more serene and more mature for the work that you have delegated to me. Brazil, once again, this daughter of yours, won't walk away from the fight."<br/> <br />Most of her voters came from the impoverished north.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Portuguese) STUDENT, IDENTIFIED ONLY AS JULIANA, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Dilma represents me.
