A tasty and healthy smoothie!<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />½ cup (125 mL) unfiltered apple juice<br />½ cup (125 mL) mango, peeled & cut up<br />2 Tbsp (30 mL) plain yogourt<br />1 tsp (5 mL) fresh ginger<br />½ cup (125 mL) ice - 2 cubes<br /><br />Method:<br />Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify. Drink immediately!<br />Makes 1½ cups (375 mL) - 1 serving.
