The funeral has been held for Christophe de Margerie, the CEO of French oil giant Total, who died in a plane crash in Russia last week.<br /><br />French President Francois Hollande was among the guests at the ceremony in Paris.<br /><br />On October 20, the 63-year-old’s private jet hit a snowplough as it was taking off shortly and burst into flames.<br /><br />Monday’s funeral was attended by business leaders, the political elite and several international diplomats.
