The path to success <br />is not always easy for you <br />for it is filled with bushes, thorns <br />and snakes all through. <br /> <br />It may be foggy – not easy to see, <br />it may be slippery – you may fall easily. <br />It may be a dauntingly uphill path <br />and may tire you out and make you want to retreat. <br /> <br />But if you stay close to your focus <br />looking straight ahead and if you do not stray, <br />your path shall be easy, clear and full of cheer. <br />Worry not how far the path is - for you may be very near. <br /> <br />There may be short-cuts aplenty <br />tempting you to take one. <br />But remember that the longer route <br />is always better in the longer run. <br /> <br />With a steely grit and a song in your heart, <br />with a strong will and a resolve to go on <br />with hard work and single-mindedness, <br />you’ll find it easy to trudge along. <br /> <br />And soon you shall see ahead <br />despite all bushes, thorns and snakes - <br />your chosen path is the one <br />that has led you to Success. <br /> <br /> <br />10 June 2010 <br />9: 30 am<br /><br />Gita Ashok<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/path-to-success/
