Launched in April 2011, CTIC is the first ICT incubator in Senegal and French-speaking Africa. Located in downtown Dakar, CTIC helps project owners to confirm their ideas prior to their realization, with 3 months’ support known as pre-incubation. Incubation, for its part, concerns existing businesses, and generally lasts three years.
