As I look at the statue of a woman <br />I amaze at this wonderful thing I see <br />I wonder how God could have created <br />Such a beautiful creature as she <br /> <br />He took the time to define every line <br />Every line is a true work of art <br /> Before he was through he gave her too <br />The worlds biggest heart <br /> <br />It amazes me this creature I see <br />That walks beside us in life <br />God must have loved so very much <br />To allow such a thing in our lives <br /> <br />And the statue right here a momento one shared <br />A creation, a true work of art <br />I hope that we know what's been given us <br />Makes no difference who we are <br /> <br />It amazes me as they walk beside me <br />Living and breathing angels I see <br />Such a wonderous thing created of love <br />It wouldn't suprise me at all if they had wings.<br /><br />Bill Simmons<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/statue-of-a-woman/
