It is just a quiet, close knit neighborhood, <br />But as I drove through that way, <br />I thought - you never know about the youngsters <br />Who live and play there day by day. <br /> <br />From just a simple, obscure street, <br />Where parents plan daily and wait, <br />Come future leaders of the nation, <br />And stand among the great. <br /> <br />In just such a typical neighborhood <br />Throughout our vast land today, <br />In sneakers and in blue - jean fashion, <br />Our future leaders play.<br /><br />Joseph T.
