I was sitting on the side of the road <br />Sat down for 5 min's, to relieve my load <br />it was a nice sunny Saturday morning <br />all the people were on their way shopping <br /> <br />First to come by, all on bikes <br />was a very pretty woman <br />With a really big bunch of Flowers <br />she was in Love, taking the flowers to her man <br /> <br />Second was a man with a Dog <br />he was on the bike cause he couldn't Jog <br />Third a woman with a Child <br />They were very nice and both smiled <br /> <br />Forth one I thought was strange <br />I could see clearly, I was at close range <br />She was carrying a big bag full of Toilet-Roll's <br />Her face was squeezed tight, <br />as if problems with her Bowels?<br /><br />David Darbyshire<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/on-there-way/
