Let there be a moonlight serenade <br />When I close I my eyes <br />The day is getting way too late <br />Reflecting shadows surprise <br />Calm in winter's glistening snow <br />Nocturnal dreams not faraway <br />Like the picture that still glow <br />From the setting sun done day <br />Let it come the sleepy night <br />Show the stars so far away <br />Into the serenade moonlight <br />In bluish shadows and gray <br />Wandering my dreams they are <br />From the moments of the dark <br />Glistening thoughts - in mind a star <br />Each then gone into the spark <br />When I close my eyes <br />Moonlight serenade will harmonies <br />Stars above in darker skies <br />With their Hellos and Goodbyes<br /><br />Peter S.
