' <br /> <br />They are 'not' incompetent, Jimmie! <br />As you stated... <br />They represent their contituency! <br />They reflect those who put them in those positions! <br />And... <br />Let me make this clear. <br />You can not 'break' something you make. <br />It is 'recreated' to reflect change! <br />That's called 'addendum'. <br /> <br />'OH! <br />So... <br />Does that mean when you tell us not to cheat <br />On tests, <br />You really mean the opposite? <br />You want us to find a more creative way to do it? <br />And it's okay when Billy 'addendumizes' my work, <br />When you leave the classroom? <br />I'm confused!
