I feel very sorry, <br />After seeing the patient breaths with difficulty. <br />His chest huffing and puffing painfully, <br />Like a fish out of water. <br />From a distance his wheezing I could hear. <br />Though the air is the most abundant, <br />Wherever he goes, he has to carry the oxygen tank. <br />Without it, he would die in an instant. <br />Doing daily routine causes him very tired, <br />Like climbing the mountain of the highest, <br />Like swimming the ocean from bank to bank. <br />He feels very depressed and his heart sank. <br />He is always in and out of hospital, <br />Because his lung is damaged in total. <br />Due to chronic chain smoking, <br />Which is not cool but causes the breath stinking. <br />Though health education on smoking said all the time, <br />He never takes it seriously in his mind. <br />Every time his family see him S.O.B(short of breath) , <br />They cry and sob after sob.<br /><br />U Win Kyi<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-smoker-s-sob-1-a-white-stick-destroys-everything/
