My self esteem gone, my senses shattered <br />No reason to believe, for nothing matters <br />I am a nobody, I was such a fool <br />To think that everyone follows rules <br /> <br />I am sad and rejected, and full of woe <br />For life has left me no where to go <br />It drags me down, it smothers me now <br />I want to escape, but don't know how <br /> <br />My happiness has been compromised <br />But there are no tears in my eyes <br />For I am now bitter, I have put up my guard <br />Since life it seems had become so hard <br /> <br />Broken dreams, heart in pieces <br />I tell you so, the pain never decreases <br />It just holds me in its iron grasp <br />Everything seems such an ardous task <br /> <br />No more tears to cry, for they have dried <br />In isolation, I want to reside <br />Away from all, that treat me mean <br />To forever remain in this shattered dream <br /> <br />Emotions are empty, feelings no more <br />No reason to care what life has in store <br />I am stuck in this void, I am so out of place <br />For hatred has taken the smile off my face<br /><br />sue crocker<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/no-more-tears-8/
