The world rotates in sin and shame <br />Profaning Jesus’ holy name <br />In Satan’s grasp she’ll surely die <br />Denying God who came from high <br /> <br />Blindness reigns where Christ is rare <br />When crimes abound few people care <br />The lost refuse Salvation’s law <br />Where Jesus Christ is taught no more <br /> <br />Yet drugs increase, porn fills the street <br />Unbalanced scales, spouses who cheat <br />Theft is common, lust sets aflame <br />Only a few praise Jesus’ name <br /> <br />Church doors are shut, jails overflow <br />Lies, deceit wherever we go <br />Children run wild, parents look on <br />Few give thought to God’s true Son <br /> <br />The world considers God’s sheep as fools <br />Who still obey obsolete rules <br />God’s a myth a legend grown stale <br />And Christ a children’s fairy tale <br /> <br />Has God shut tight to Light the door? <br />Can Gentile eyes see Truth no more? <br />Times are changing the night draws nigh <br />Soon God’s Son we’ll see on high <br /> <br />Just how foolish has man to grow? <br />What other sign should Heaven show? <br />Give Christ a chance just take a look <br />The facts of life are in His book <br /> <br />Whilst yet God’s Word is free to all <br />Take it, read it, answer the call <br />Listen to reason Jesus is King <br />Come in faith His praises to sing…<br /><br />Michael P.
