Water overflows from the tub, colorless, but for a tinge of red. My heart pounding, pumping blood to the rest of my body, its efforts in vain as the blood oozes out of the two slits I cut earlier into my wrists. I lay there, the white washed ceiling above, alone, leaving no one and nothing behind. The thoughts become vague, unfocused, the light is unbearable...
