There wasn’t anything left, except a ray of hope <br />That ray of hope was so strong that it took control of me. <br />So strong that my eyes would not see. <br />Hope is the foundation of the human race <br />Hope is the foundation that can never be replaced. <br /> <br />Hope can be as strong as love, for it is given to us from above. <br />I found out something which I always knew <br />That where there is hope, faith follows too. <br />And with the faith then comes love <br />And it fills your heart like nothing you’ve ever felt before. <br />It pounds in your chest like the waves against the shores. <br /> <br />You feel the goose bumps travel <br /> from your head to your toes. <br />And that is when those three words show. <br /> <br />Those three special words that are <br />Imbedded in our hearts and soul. <br /> <br />Those three words can be taken <br /> whichever way you like. <br />The father, the son, the holy ghost <br />Hope comes with the father <br />Faith comes with the son <br />Love comes with the holy ghost <br />And all these simply say to <br />The LORD up above <br />I LOVE YOU. <br /> <br />So which three do you choose? <br />And if you don’t choose any, then you lose.<br /><br />louis rams<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/three-words-22/
