The stars of night are bright <br />overhead in the clear, frosty sky, <br />While below people snuggle <br />warmly as the hours go by. <br /> <br />The vast terrain is covered <br />in a carpet of snowy white. <br />The trees cast stark arms <br />in the cold, winter night. <br />The shrubs and bushes sparkle <br />with newly glistening snow. <br />The terrain with beauty is aglow. <br /> <br />The stars become a harmony of song, <br />Humankind on earth know of peace <br />where once was sadness and wrong. <br />Nature's magical fingers touch <br />the land this cold, frosty night <br />creating a truly magical winter sight. <br /> <br />While the twinkling stars gather <br />in the sky high overhead, <br />In this magical arena people snuggle <br />warmly in their beds.<br /><br />Joseph T.
