If I told you I wanted to leave never to return. <br />Would you let me? <br />If I told you I want to be lost forever and never be found. <br />Would you still try to find me? <br />If I told you I wanted to escape and run from here. <br />Would you help me? <br />If I told you I wanted to cry till my eyes wouldn't any more. <br />Would you hold me tight and tell me that your there for me? <br />If I told you I wanted to kill myself right now. <br />Would you try to stop me or talk me out of it? <br />or <br />Would you think Im just upset and not take me seriously? <br />......... <br />So if I did and you were the last person I talked you and you knew everything, <br />you knew I wanted to and I actually did it, <br />and the next day I wasn't a school, <br />i wasn't at home, <br />i wasn't at a friends, <br />but i was in a black bag being carried out the door of my house. <br />while my parents are stunned, <br />dumfounded, <br />and confused and crying. <br />Would you believe me then? <br />Would you still think Im just upset, <br />or mentally unstable, <br />or I just have a hard life. <br />Would you take me seriously then? <br />Would you feel bad because you were the last one i talked to? <br />Would you care at all? <br />Would you cry to yourself because you could have stopped me, <br />but simply though it was a joke? <br />Would you look at yourself the same, <br />if i killed myself and you knew?<br /><br />If I say Im lost, Would you come find me<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/if-i-killed-myself-and-you-knew/
