The sun peeks right through the trees <br />I can feel the cool autumn breeze <br />Not to long have I been up <br />I love the porch and a steaming cup <br />Now retired and not a lot to do <br />So mornings like this are nothing new <br />But no two are ever the same <br />More like a new picture in an old frame <br />Still I love the crisp morning air <br />And the beauty that God has to share <br />I worked hard but really didn't mind <br />It paid off I hope to find <br />But for now I'll take what I can get <br />And each morning on the porch I will sit.<br /><br />William Ryan<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/cool-morning-breeze/
