Oh where shall we be <br />when tomorrow comes <br />will the sun shine as bright, <br />will the hymns of the birds <br />sound so beautiful, <br />will you be the angel <br />next to me still, <br />or will another man <br />have the pleasure of your company, <br />will your love still be mine <br />or is your heart as divided <br />as the four nations. <br />Can you answer these questions <br />or are just to wait and see <br />am I a fool to hold on to what we have <br />or should I see what tomorrow brings <br />does the rain come with tears <br />or does it bring relief and clear sky's <br />will the river flow so sweetly or <br />dry up under the heat of the sun <br />I often wander when I look you in the eyes <br />do you give another what you give to me <br />if so am I a fool to think what we have is special <br />it leaves a trail of curiousity on my mind <br />so sleep my beautiful till the sun rise <br />and the morning dawns <br />and tomorrow comes<br /><br />Robert Roberts<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/when-tomorrow-comes-2/
