Watching workers in back of the counter, seeing them <br />slacking, not doing their jobs in a timely manner. <br />Talking, joking, cooks not cooking, taking their time <br />to make sandwiches, not getting some orders right. <br />Crowding around, getting in one another's way, making <br />messes not readily cleaned up. <br />Not paying attention, daydreaming, looking around. <br />None of the crew seeming to realize that customers <br />are always watching them, analyzing their motions, <br />looking for their smiles and good customer service. <br />Team work not always apparent, as a rush of people <br />come in to eat.<br /><br />RoseAnn V.
