Wake up and seek the Lord again, <br />For time is flying by, <br />So keep aware, so now and then <br />You'll smile instead of sigh... <br />The burden's lighter when you find <br />The time spent with the Lord, <br />By the renewing of the mind, <br />You'll soon be overawed... <br /> <br />Consider all the prophecies <br />That God has brought to pass, <br />Yes, He's the One you're meant to please, <br />Else life becomes a farce... <br />A constant doing things no more, <br />Yet you're still meant to pray, <br />To study grace and love and law <br />And precious psalms each day. <br /> <br />Thus, to the point, dear saint on Earth, <br />You're merely passing through, <br />Yet every Christian learns God's worth <br />When He says, 'I love you!
