Playful sun-rays caressing sweet <br />My dreamy mood this afternoon, <br />With no thought just my heartbeat <br />Lovely visions in mind bloom. <br /> <br />To whom I owe this pleasant calm? <br />To Nature, for when laying at its bosom, <br />My worried spirit nurtures like a balm <br />And all around me is so handsome. <br /> <br />Reposed in stillness of the moment, <br />Forgotten is the past and only Now it is; <br />Serenely reverie, pure, calm and dormant <br />And whole the Universe just is; <br /> <br />Allowing me to be, to sense my breath <br />At once with everything in harmony, <br />With every flower, tree and tweeting bird <br />Happily alive and thought in clarity. <br /> <br />When in such beauty I drift with joy, <br />Transcending time and space is Love I see, <br />And gratefully with whole my heart enjoy <br />This reverie…a reminder just to be.<br /><br />Mihaela Pirjol<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/reverie-48/
