If guilt had a color <br />It would be deep red <br />Red as crimson <br />The color of pain <br />The color of betrayal <br />The color of heartache <br />Evidence of a struggle <br />A color you can't avoid <br />A reminder of broken promises <br />A stain you would hate to sustain <br />The symbol of death <br />A warning of danger <br />Yes, guilt has definitely got to be red <br />The color of anger <br /> A totem of evil <br />Oh! Evil red <br />A color that denotes tears <br />Presumed color of fire, the consuming fire <br />The color of annoyance <br />Flirtatious red, adulterous red <br />Yes most definitely guilt is red <br />How so then, who can explain <br />Mans livelihood is red <br />Explain red with relation to passion <br />Royalty of red <br />Red in the greatest sacrifice of all time <br />But still <br />I can't picture pain without red <br />Oh!
