Who are these enemies you came to kill? <br />Whose businesses did you seek to destroy? <br />Whose lives' are shattered and emptied? <br />What face did you unleash your hatred on? <br />Under what race, under what creed or religion <br />Did you list the country you hate so much? <br />Doesn't America wear the face of the whole world? <br />Doesn't she represent every race, creed and color? <br /> <br />So who is the enemy you've come to kill? <br />Or the families you've cowardly devastated? <br />These are the faces of your brothers and sisters, <br />Your nephews and nieces, your cousins and in-laws <br />And your parents, grandparents and their friends, <br />Even your children, grandchildren and their friends; <br /> <br />You sought to bring fear and terror to this nation <br />But failed as your actions have brought unity instead, <br />A renewed hope and faith and trust, and pending justice <br />So while the victims' bodies lay buried in the rubble <br />Their hopes and dreams of a better future remain intact <br />And our God will never leave their families comfortless<br /><br />Oyekake Satty (O.
